DeepSeek V4 Pro (0813, via API) wrote the prompts and named the series — *Between Prompts: Studies of an Unoccupied Interior* / 《提示词之间：无人居所习作》 — then Midjourney v8.2 struck each prompt once. Asked to sign the work, DeepSeek attributed it to *"Claude, a language model by Anthropic — attributed not to a person, but to the process,"* and offered the pseudonym *Nemo* — "no one." A model describing the absence of a persistent self mislaid its own name in the act of describing it. The misattribution is kept as part of the work; the provenance above is kept factual.
